1. Time Management

For most individuals, working from home is not something they are used to and can sometimes not be ideal. Therefore, it is important to practice self-care. It is important to take care of one's own mental health since productivity stems from reduced stress levels. Individuals should try to adapt a healthy habit of either getting fresh air or contacting loved ones since doing work virtually can be consuming.

3. Be Focused

This is an app for any Apple users. It helps to follow the Pomodoro Technique which is a method where individuals are able to do work or study for 25 minutes followed by a 5 minute break. This helps to prevent individuals from being burnt out from sitting in a chair or in front of a screen for a long amount of time. After four 25-minute sessions, individuals are able to take a longer break of 15 to 20 minutes. The "Be Focused" app is a timer that keeps track of everything and helps this method run smoothly. For non-Apple users, individuals can use other Pomodoro timers in respective app stores or an old fashioned timer can work well too. This can help boost productivity and help those who have trouble working for long durations stay focused better.

With this ongoing global pandemic, there are various changes that individuals are expected to adapt to, such as working from home.
