SAINT Protocol Now Cleared by the FDA

The Stanford Accelerated Intelligent Neuromodulation Therapy (SAINT) Neuromodulation System to treat major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults who have failed to achieve adequate improvements with antidepressant medications. The treatment consists of 10 daily sessions over the course of 5 days (50 treatments total). The location of the stimulation is based on individualized fMRI with neuronavigational targeting equipment. Even though this protocol has FDA clearance, most insurances do not yet offer coverage for this type of treatment. If you are interested with the treatment or would like to speak to a mental health professional please give us a call or send us an email.
